Donation Information

  • When making a donation, your payment information is securely processed through third-party platforms. ANIA does not store your credit card or bank details.

  • General Terms for Donations: Donations to the Asociación para la Niñez y su Ambiente (ANIA) are tax-deductible for purposes in Peru.

  • Disputes and Refunds: Once a donation is completed, the Asociación para la Niñez y su Ambiente (ANIA) does not provide refunds for the money received. However, all complaints and disputes will be taken seriously, dealt with promptly and fairly, with due regard to procedural fairness and confidentiality. All parties are required to participate in the dispute resolution process in good faith.

  • Donor Responsibilities: It is the donor's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in their account. They should check their account statements to verify that the amounts charged are correct.

  • General Online Purchase Conditions and Payment Methods: All payments made through the website must be made with national or foreign cards bearing the Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express logo.
